We kindly ask you to pay attention to the following points in order to ensure that the processes run smoothly in the online session(s) you will attend via İCTİMA, our university's online meeting platform.

For Participants and Moderators:

1. You must send the final version of your presentation to uzem@yobu.edu.tr by 09.00 on the day of the session, in PDF format and with the name of the file as the paper. We kindly request that you do not make any changes to your presentation after sending it to the mentioned e-mail address.

2. We kindly ask you to include the name, surname and phone number (optional) of the person who will present the paper in the e-mail you send.

3. It is recommended to test the microphone and camera settings of the computer on which you will participate in the presentation. If any problems are encountered, support can be provided via the contact information below. The computer you will connect to must have a microphone and camera. It is recommended that you test your microphone and camera before the session day by contacting the phone number below.

4. Detailed information about the use of our university's online meeting platform "İctima" is available in the guide attached to the e-mail. You can provide support by sending your questions and problems regarding the use of the platform to the phone number below.

IMPORTANT: Your university firewall may block the ijtima connection. If you encounter such a situation, you must use a different internet connection other than the university network.

The session link address has been created and shared below. It was opened for testing purposes until 17.00 on 15.05.2024. You can test your login to the system via this link. You can log in to the session using the same link on the session day and time. It is recommended that you make a test login to test your device before the symposium day.
